How can I identify myself when opening a Conto Corrente Arancio?
To open your account, you’ll need to:
- give your consent to the use of your biometric data;
- allow access to your camera and continue with the identification process:
- On the ING website:
take a photo of both sides of your identity document (electronic identity card, driving licence or passport).
If you choose a document other than the electronic identity card, you’ll also need to upload your health insurance card.
Tips for a clear photo: use the original document and make sure your photo and personal details are clearly visible. - In the ING app:
scan your identity document (electronic identity card or passport) by scanning the back of the identity card or the front of the passport.
Then hold your smartphone against the document so we can read your data quickly and securely (NFC technology).
If you’re using a driving licence, you’ll need to take a photo of both sides.
